Guest Conduct & Liability

Golden Vista is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all guests and staff, and we ask that every guest conducts themselves in a manner that is considerate of others throughout their stay. The hotel reserves the right to request that any guest who causes disturbance, damage to property, or engages in behaviour contrary to local law or hotel policy vacate the premises without refund. Guests are personally liable for any damage caused to hotel property, rooms, or furnishings during their stay, and the cost of repair or replacement may be charged accordingly.
